Now with the suspension it is clear that this is not just a retail investor capital raising, they are looking for someone big as well.
Normally we see at first the investor presentation where they try to get interested parties to the table. Then, when they start to negotiate the issue price and numbers we get the TH.
But this delay means either the new investor trys to drive the price down or LRC is not giving a discount. In the end we will see if last weeks sellers are right in saying the resources are worthless or if the real gold industry experts see an extraordinary value in LRC.

I think LRC knows that the current sp is way too low and waits for the offer of the potential investor (s ).
