Teck having had notice since November 3rd 2015( following the Strategic review) that Rox,s interest in the project would be commercialized, have had plenty of time to prepare an offer or offers in advance for an event such as this. We are hoping the valuation set of 14.25 million has increased since then being the commodity has been a positive enviroment lately and of course Rox still holds 49% ownership of the project and its logical to offload for the best return they can achieve if this is really the boards agenda.
Teck also has interest in the neighbouring MZN.
Last weeks Failed offer by MZN could have been a Teck inspired first attempt really.
This has to be an official 2nd attempt at it . GLTAH
