Hi TG the way i look at it only 25% of the rights issue was taken up and i guess the underwriter used the excuse that gold price dropped and that was his get out clause. Interesting to see Dr Ruane is one of the major shareholders of the underwriters and is also on board at MKO. I pulled out of this stock not long ago as i believe the prospect they were buying was a money pit, i did take a loss but wish all the faithful good luck with this.
