    So now the ASX is getting heavy.

    If you or I drive an unroadworthy car we can cop a $10k fine on the spot. Why can't the ASX just wander down to the company offices and hand out similar, saying we will be back tomorrow.

    And why didn't the Royal Commission into Financial Services cover this sort of stuff.

    Just asking.
