Might it be worth getting a pro forma letter together and emailing the office of the CEO/MD? perhaps copy in the listing compliance officer? If the ASX is the guardian of market information it purports to be they might clarify the position on the company's behalf (in the absence of anything from the Directors) on request of the SH's? Just a thought?
