Agree Kiwi. I think the questions are related to further details on the acquisition. ASX have really cracked down on announcements by juniors, it will continue to trade.

Apologies in advance as I have not read a majority of the recent posts on here. I am a VIC holder, literally in a similar boat as your guys given the mgt. Still think this will be a joint acquisition.

Not sure if this is discussed on here already. The sub holder via appears to be a company held by an accountant in NSW. The subholder via HOA appears to be a trust belonging to CEO of Xplore resources
