CNXRA are your renounceable rights which were tradable whilst the offer was open. They should have been on your account on about 18 March (mine were).
My worry with this delay is the shareholders from the middle kingdom may be playing some of their normal games as part of the long game for total control . Hope I'm wrong this time.
