Bottom of last ann says deadline is 28th and could be delisted all togeather from asx if payment is not made... not looking to good imo
Bpg board need to pay the fees to the asx then return the outrageous amount of shares they gave them self for not doing anything yet imo only...
Give us shares holders a solid ann in reguards to the true state of bpg and it’s future if any...
I’ve read in other threads if 5% of shares shoulders agree that management is not doing a good job we can do a fourm 249D and with 5% of holders can over throw the board and get a not bod
If 5% of holders are not happy that’s what can be done before we are no longer a asx listed company and it can still be processed while suspended or in administration if bpg goes that way
