That seems to have been prepared/presented 4 November 2016 and i can't see any follow up or notice of sale.
Whatever it might be sold for, i'm almost certain from the last Balance Sheet, that there's nothing left for unsecured shareholders.
The good news is that whatever your cost is, Mr. Taxman will give you 47% of it to offset against your profits.
