Hmm actually i dont think you did know the difference between Administration and Liquidation before you "wikipidiad it no doubt lol... not judging by your previous posts
either way kirsty, mke has no money or very little... the assets are NOW worth pretty much stuff all because of the Price of oil.. and when graham anderson passed i think they may have been in contravention of corps law as they no longer had a board of directors!
none of this is Lill's fault? i think you will find there may have been a few of the major shareholders who then have asked for the appopintment of Lill, he has not "promoted himself" to a director role....
His first task is to have a look at the mke carcass.. he obviously sees its stuffed...
he then has a couple of options.... (a) delist the company and we get 0, everybody walks away,
or call in the administrators, as clearly as you have stated the company cannot be relisted if its solvent, try and do sort a DOCA with all the creditors , sell any assets that may be worth anything, do a capital reconstruction , and raise some cash at a lower level
i agree, its terrible, we all get shafted. but we get shafted more with option (a) above, and at least if we get a chance to buy into the cheap cap raising, then we have to hope that our new directors can sort a decent deal out and get a return....
if then he fails to deliver, i will help you bag him out.... but before that i think its unfair of you to do so.... none of the disaster that has befallen us at mke his Lills fault!
before he has the chance to "weave some magic" he needs money in the company!
