I think also you are mistaking the words "administration" with "liquidation".

whilst often administration can lead to liquidation, many companies have traded successfully out of administration...... mke is at this stage NOT being liquidated.

when Lill was appointed i dont think mke had a lawful board after that other guy died...

short of digging up Bondy or raiding say BHP's or NAB's board who would you suggest mke have appointed to the board of directors who is a "heavyweight"

i understand your angst, i promise you i have copped a BIG pineapple on this stock, but you should be directing your anger to the previous board who right royally screwed this up big time... if they had done the right thing 3 years ago we all would be sitting pretty..

as far as I am concerned this appointment is by far the best we could have hoped for, i dont know if they have had their creditors meeting yet, but one would hope the recommendation will not be LIQUIDATION, and instead we take another haircut and they reconstruct capital, raise some capital at a discount giving US shareholders a chance to get in on the ground level again at a discount price, and then Simon Lill acts as if its 1986 all over again and works some magic.

for you to criticise the guy for not fixing something that hasnt traded for over 2 years is plain wrong and simply delusional... short of pumping probably 2 million of his own money into it, what would you have done?

i am angry too, and i understand you are as well... but you need to be angry at the OLD BOARD... not this guy. I doubt there is anything left in the bank for him to pick over btw......

i seriously couldnt give a flying fettucine if he's been in gaol or not i just want the guy to try get us a decent deal into what will effectively be a shell company.... and make some of our losses back...
