Look....seeing this from the outside.
A company that acknowledges that the CBD/hemp/cannabis industry is moving along. They have been it early, but didn't have the nuance or money to really push the peddle down. But they are more knowledgeable now, and see opportunity. HVT needed some funds ...they got them. But more money is needed.
HOwever, I think that less wages and more performance shares should be issued. Of course this seldom happens. listed stocks are banks ....and shareholders supply the money.
