HCL is currently getting its environmental approval for Surda Mine. Now that "the Mines Ministry has extended the leases of government companies which had applied for renewal in time" does this mean that HCL no longer has to get approval prior to reopening the mine ?
I'd doubt whether IRL will reopen the Surda Mine unless HCL pays all outstanding bills, so the real fireworks are about to begin.
