fully agree - if this was a major company dealing with an equally big counterpart, a sell off of (say) $50-100m would probably have been done in a couple of months of negotiations - signed and cash received...
in this neck of the woods, $6.5m is BIG money - company changing money - for both, the buyer & the seller...
we were doing nothing as it is since a long long time... at least now we are looking forward to "something"... I am happy with $100K advance for now... and the final deal could happen much before Aug deadline too, one never knows...
I am done with the buying for now - locked and loaded
