A very positive sign the buyers want the Surat gas asset by paying a non-refundable deposit of 100k. No one throws 100k down the gurglar. Have spoken with AUH management recently and they are very confident the sale will go through and money is not the hold up and the buyer has funds ready to execute the buy. The sale and 6.5 mill cash to AUH will open up some serious opportunities to diversity into and create shareholder value. Im expecting a serious re-rate on this 1.
