The gas tenements were 100% owned by Surat Gas (who is 100% owned by AUH). AUH about a year ago sold 50% to Eastern Gas. Eastern Gas did some further analysis of the site and are now buying the remaining 50%. Eastern Gas is a small Brisbane company who needs a major partner to develop the tenements. I believe they have found the partner.
