Don't get me wrong, I am an animal lover. But someone needs to put this "dog" down to end its misery. And at the same time put its directors and senior management on some sort of blacklist or something. I mean, who in their right mind would trust this mob - they couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery! SUR is an unmitigated catastrophe!
