I guess we can write off the 98% as a capital loss? Since we were forced into giving it away for nothing. I think that's pretty much what I'm going to do this tax year.
With the way the ASX is run, it's surprising anyone even bothers investing their money at all. You throw your cash in there, get screwed, then are told that you have no say in what happens next. The exchange needs a massive reduction in trading volume so they are forced into regulating it properly and attracting investment. We give them our money far too easily.
