You will see that we exposed an inaccuracy in the valuation report on which the DOCA depended and an inconsistency in Woods's position where on the one hand he claimed he had taken into account CNNC's failure to pay its share of running costs in his reports but on the other was able (on a legal technicality) to not acknowledge the existence of Molyneux's statement to shareholders (Company Ann. March 2017) which provided this fact. I just rang Maurice Blackburn hoping to send a copy of our submission and mention of this potential point of vulnerability, only to find they have dropped proceeding to a class action case.
