The two strike rule may not be as futile as you think.

Since NMDC and Sharon Heng are part of the board, I don't think they will be allowed to use their shareholding power to be part of the voting process.

Then again we may as well hit Plan A again - gather all shareholders that amount to 5% of the company and announce a s249d for remove anyone we don't see fit on the board.

On another topic, did anyone see the article about Nanda officially leaving NMDC in 4 weeks time?  Once he does leave, I wonder who will replace him as Chair of LCY?
