how can you say 'why would we need to raise capital when we have 4 billion'

i give you a quick lesson - and this isnt trying to be smart ar$e but clearly you have no idea

here's the main points

- when we needed money what about 6-9 months ago NMDC did not give us money they just acted as guarantors for loan of what was it 3 mill

- if NMDC did say here is 20 mill then they wont do it for free. they will want more equity in the company but they cannot get more than 3% per year under FIRB rules

- NMDC didnt want to know about our last abysmal CR attempt that failed badly and that was at about 2.5 x the current SP

- NMDC have been a nothing nothing nothing for us in 3 years. Other than show up for AGM and 'site visits' ( i mean my god what a joke announcement, just because they show up here does not show any form of committment. I bet we paid for their trip and they just came out on a junket. its a joke).

So what can turn it around

- massive acquisition
- perhaps another interim loan for 1-2 mill - keep us afloat and then announce some acquisition, port and infrastructure planning and a 101 other things. then do a CR so that it is not at 1.5-2c and dilute the hell out of it.
- have some meetings with the WA gov - has this ever happenned with any NMDC representatives - (3 years and I mean what a joke)

Actually do something for us all. Get something going. While you pay yourself some lovely wages and deliver next to nothing, SH have been doing it tough watching out SP go down by what > 1000% since highs. Like I stated in last email.

I have spoken with several LCY staff (via email and phone) over the past 2-3 years and each time I get this great story about how everything is coming together. What a joke. I'd expect Julian will do the same and provide some lovely worded rhetoric.

200k+ some of these guys are on and bonuses (excepting the NMDC reps)

DO something to justify your salaries and actually do what you keep preaching. Increase SH wealth. Again what a joke.
