From what I have read in the past year or so the volume does not start kicking in until Post 2021.
Today's announcement is not that big for a company of this size especially if it's over a five year period.
I find the recent information confusing. If they are selling wood to China and India at US$150,000 per tonne I would think in order for the company to secure MIS grower wood they will need to out bid this amount.
Past reports have suggested an oil yield of around 3.5%. My numbers just don't add up.
35 kg of oil from a tonne of wood that costs US$150,000. That's almost US$4300 per kg of oil cost on the wood alone without accounting for transport and oil processing. Not sure why they would bother making oil when they can just sell the wood for that price.
