if one major hospital did the trials, and passes them to the point of ordering a supply, this should, possibly lead to acceptance in others, if they are using a new product and it is saving them time and therefore money, others will not want to be left behind.,

Now $500k sales from 1 hostpital, how many potential $500k is that worldwide, per year.
