same thing happened the previous week before the stock ran to 4c
someone after stock paid up through 1 or 2 pips (albeit a small amount) , the next day it pushed up almost 25%
as everyone is anticipating, news is well overdue as per last announcement and expected pump in order to raise the needed capital
