Share price then was around 2.5c - 3c from memory.
Hence why I can't see them raising at current levels.
He does mention in the address they will need to raise a substantial amount of money to fund production / expansion etc at some stage.
This is what leads me to believe a series of announcements are coming, that will pump the price well above current levels.
He has held off for so long to avoid diluting shareholders, just looks as though it is all coming together now
