re: Ann: Supply Agreement with NSW Ambulance ... timely1 - my take is that investors main concern here is that a cap raise is around the corner at a price in the region of 2.5 - 3c and that the announcement was designed to accomodate this
IMO stale holders took the chance to dump stock and get out before what they thought was a pending cap raise
It would be a pretty safe bet that a cap raise won't happen at these levels, or anything sub 7c
The director would not be fronting his own cash to avoid further dilution unless something substantial was pending to get the SP up and over those levels...
Why front $400,000 of your own cash ? Perhaps to avoid diluting your own holding ... and why would one do that ?
He could very easily raise a couple of $ mill tomorrow at 2.8c. If you go by past raises, the ALT holders have been very loyal and taken up all raises from memory, so it wouldn't be much of a hassle IMO
Agree that the announcement was lacking detail and the 'sell the sizzle not the sasauge' factor. They didn't pump it with over zealous market share predictions like some i.e 5% of a $40 billion industry etc ... However, it is pretty easy to read between the lines.
Of course DYOR, but I am backing this one closer to 6c than 3c come the end of financial year.
