That's how I read it. After this cap raise, at the next AGM there needs to be a vote to not approve the remuneration report. I'm disgusted in this type behaviour, there is no need to do this type of raising. Companies that are life style companies do that, mns isn't that type of company. Mns have three battery plants to build, and become a medium player in batteries worldwide. Capital is crucial, and the way you raise it is just as important. It sends out Signals to the market that you are serious.
As good as the board is, I think there needs to be change. The two Frank's need to go and fresh blood needs to come in. Someone of an engineering background as chairman, and someone related to car or battery production. I would ask mr Benz, if he has the time to go CEO, most properly he doesn't. Find someone else globally then, it's not like mns doesn't pay decent money for management, mns can afford it
