MNS need to spin IM3 this off as a separate company. The baggage from the existing animal that's been chasing a mine for so long is too much to take on board. They need to tone down the hype and sell it as a niche player making a possible small profit. Not a lot has been spent. My guess is 7-10 million. And really, a new player could take that on board. Yes it is high risk and no it won't be some kind of breakthrough wunderkind. But there has been solid work. And the guys at Binghamton while not great minds are stolid and working. It could happen, but not a Tesla or CATL. Give MNS shareholders a stake to reflect their input and then sell it as a well advanced prospect. IMO
