Here we go again.....offering shares that can be sold...

Here we go again.....offering shares that can be sold immediately (similar to what happened in Feb); so much for the cornerstone/strategic investor!

A $200m market cap company with a $1.6bn asset that can't raise $5m.....the reason -> spending money to build a factory to produce a product whose cost is shrinking 15-20% per annum and peddling a technology that no one is willing to pay any $$ for.

Mgmt have to go because this is just destroying shareholder value each day.
