You would be looking at
2xUI/UI developers
2x IOS developers
1x Backend developer
1x QA engineer
1x Project manager

You would then need a creative digital firm to polish it and help with marketing, and Bam you have a a pretty slick looking app. Now you are going to need customers, but more importantly "Runners" in each area for your app to have any consideration. Then there is also the underlying issue of hefty costs to the end user and a strong competitor marketplace, anyone heard of UBER.

So what value should investors place on an app with only 2700 deliveries to date???
