Hydrotech International Ltd (to be renamed Primary Gold Ltd - ASX code: "PGO") has lodged a Prospectus to raise a minimum of A$6 million.
Primary's assets will include the 1 million ounce Mt Bundy Gold Project near Darwin, and approximately 2,000 sq km of exploration licences.
