S32 will acquire the project(riqueza) if it fits, and mine it while leaving inca to continue exploring for the next big thing, which could be cerro reyes.
they have shown in the past with other j/v's that this is their preferred option, exploration companies with drill ready targets in the right area are effectively the exploration arm of S32.
here's a look at what they are doing with AQD in peru.
