Just a stab in the dark here but if they hit a more commercial well (like it may look good with recent announcements) they probably need a certain amount of working capital in order to secure a debt funding to drill XX wells. That's what these guys have done in the past with previous companies.
In the US if they can prove a few good commercial wells and the banks see an easy ROI, they will get a decent debt facility to keep drilling.
