One could question the legality of improper influencing shareholders to accept the offer by cold calling them,
If you accepted the offer under pressure or false information provided by the caller, or you had absolutely no experience or knowledge of how inadequate the offer is . You definitely would have a case to refer it to ASIC and or consumer affairs. Tell them to F OFF IS THE ANSWER.
