I, like a lot of you here have been f***ed around for nearly 2 YEARS by this Mob who basically used us so they could acquire a coal mine by acquiring a listed company which allowed them an each way bet and when the coal price turned they thought f u we want it all.so they then stalled, promised to abide by free float regulations and do a CR and somehow because ASIC are useless allowed them to trade on their word .they then stalled for another six months crapping on that we needed time to appoint a new director to successfully raise a CR that wasn't needed but was required to relist so the price didn't really matter.Meanwhile this mine is pumping out cash like an ATM and these bastards are thinking..these suckers have waited so long we can offer a pathetic price because they will just want their money and for this to end!
BUT WAIT even if you accept the offer you will be waiting months before you get your cheque!
SO DON' T GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION AND WAIT FOR THE INDEPENDENT VALUATION.
This thing is worth $2 easy don' let them acquire that 90% otherwise you have no bargaining power.They want theses shares.
We still have this quarters figures to be factored into VALUATION as well as all that coal they got sitting on the ground waiting to be sold-wonder why that is?
Make them pull these from you like their your teeth!
