Bevan will have to cough up $18M in order to subscribe fully to 8.5M shares for his current 60M shares of SLC. Don't think he has that much cash to spare now..
One thing to note that people have not read the fine print is the non executive director Mr. Greg Baynton will be subscribing fully for his stake and that he will further underwrite $700k worth of shares for any shortfall from the retail component. This means he will be trying to get at least 430k shares in this capital raising. Does he know more than us as a director of the company?
