I don't see how this is a bad thing. It's using their platform so that wholesalers can better provide service to their end customers. At the end of the day the customers using these fiber links will be paying more $$ for the option of diverse path fiber, they expect the flexibility with their provider to change services on the fly. (I feel the managed services part of this fills that gap)
That's how I see it, anyway.
I don't see how this is a bad thing. It's using their platform...
