@more4less, i agree with your comments here and after talking to MB, the threshold value for class action is $30m. But they are reviewing it internally as LCY is a NMDC subsidiary, which is a multi billion dollar company.
After information collected till now, as you suggested also, it will be ASIC responsibility to check LCY board directors for false ASX announcements without retraction and send NMDC directors and Legacy Iron board to court and then jail.
