@KLal If you want holders to contact you from the past when this happened, you would be better off going through post of that time and tagging posters.
You should also provide more details on the name of the person who is handling this and a direct contact phone number because in the presence form of just saying its MB, It lacks credibility of any litigation if you cannot provides this, especially after asking people to contact the other solicitor in Cairns you promoted, that would be out of their depth in handling something like this.
I wish you all the best but as I have pointed out before, I don't think you have a case where a litigation company will take it on for a no fee, no win situation but if one has told you they will, you should be providing as much details on here to make it easier for share holders to contact them directly and also be contacting shareholders from that time period, rather then a general comment about the year and the amount invested because many current holders would not be affected by the announcements
