    Has anyone actually had confirmation from MB that they will take on this class action or has anyone actually spoken with MB?

    My opinion is no one will touch it because it will not be a viable case for a law firm to make money from. The numbers won't stack up.

    Unfortunately shareholders are the ones that loose out here.
