@KLal , they should be able to give you a good indication after one phone call if you have a case, as they deal with these all the time.
If they have told you they need to look over it, you will find, they are not interested. It really is not a hard decision for them to make when all they need to know is the time frame, what the reason for the litigation and the shareholder base, which , if you have spoken to someone who specialize in this area, they would be able to give you an answer straight away.
I totally understand where your coming from but you would be best to give holders on here a contact name and direct number if someone at MB was interested in this, rather then a general phone number.
