Totally agree, I purchased as a direct result of Sharon Heng's price sensitive announcement of the $200m funding agreement with NMDC and spiel about the company now being an NMDC group company and their imminent purchase of assets from Atlas, Minemakers etc all of which were false and there was absolutely no mention of the 200 million after this announcement even in the next quarterly which was only a week or two later. There were numerous other announcements which proved to be nothing more than talk but there has been no clarification on them by the company and also no disclosure to shareholders as to why Heng was axed and why she had to pay back funds.

I sent MB an email with words to this effect but haven't heard back from them yet, I do think though that Legacy and NMDC have a case to answer and it would definitely be something worthy of a class action. It needs to be financially beneficial to MB though and they would only take it on if they had enough shareholders with enough holdings where they could make enough of a cut out of potential proceeds. To be honest at this stage its not as much about the money for me as making people accountable for their actions and the results of their actions which hasn't occurred here..
