I held for over 6 years and finally sold out recently at a huge loss...just got fed up with watching my money disappear but was there when all the lies were being told. Your take on this would be appreciated, and I am sure there are many other ex holders thinking exactly the same way. If this could be clarified or some time held parameters were set, there would be more people willing (as would I ) to be involved. I am sure there are many here who have seen my posts over the years and would be willing to join a class action once this point was clarified.

Hi Mal,
I think all shareholders who held shares around time of announcements which turned out lies can join class action even if they sold out later, as they were affected by deceptive announcements.
This can be confirmed by calling Maurice Blackburn lawyers on their toll free number shared earlier here on HC.
