Just wondering, could those holders of LCY who have sold out be...

Just wondering, could those holders of LCY who have sold out be included in a class action or is this solely for current holders?
I held for over 6 years and finally sold out recently at a huge loss...just got fed up with watching my money disappear but was there when all the lies were being told. Your take on this would be appreciated, and I am sure there are many other ex holders thinking exactly the same way. If this could be clarified or some time held parameters were set, there would be more people willing (as would I ) to be involved. I am sure there are many here who have seen my posts over the years and would be willing to join a class action once this point was clarified.
