I agree, The Chinese have been stalling, hoping and believing The Mueller report would go against Trump. Now that he has been exonerated on the Russian collusion Hoax and the Democrats with egg on their face and Trump will win 2020 and Smash the Dems, the Chinese will sign a deal on Trumps terms ASAP. Good for the world and us Jat holders.
