Cyclone’s min order 300k tins annually has gone to many physical stores (>5000 stores). Interesting how fast they can clear their stock and further orders required.

Im not worry about the earouts for Sunnya and GF. The Anns stated decision for the earnouts (about 3mil, not much, if we continue generating cash) likely in the end of July then payment to them can occur after July to end of the year - read the Anns.

imho, I don’t think there will be CR if cash flow positive this quarter as we still have > $5 mil options. Sp won’t stay at this level if we have strong march Quarterly to support option conversion
