Market Cap of 19.22M at present and a law suit of 70M. Say what!!
Although this has been dragging around since 2013, US cases are hard to fight unless you are Johnny on the spot and they are very expensive. Lawyers are the only winners.
Between this case and the spineless Qld Government making decisions the outlook is bleak.
