Predatory lawsuits are the new menace from our beloved Yankee capitalism. They recently gave us beauties like Blackpools... High frequency trading and stock shorting... brilliant minds in the art of taking money off the weak and disadvantaged..
Somebody realized that CNX has now a cashed up Chinese investor....and would like to have some of their Mullah.
Predatory lawsuits companies have been putting the" fear of God" in many small companies especially those with shaky patents and small bank accounts..

If the CNX Chinese investors want to protect their investment they need to return fire with fire...
I'll be waiting to pick up some CNX stock if panic spreads and SP go under 1c
It is a tough game .... no place for the spineless....
