No new news here.  Summa Resource Holdings LLC (Limited Liability Company) making allegations - CNX denying them.  Is it just me or does it seem we get a notice from Summa around whenever something is happening with CNX.  May just be my imagination, one can look at the past timing notices and make up their own opinion.

If one searches Summa Resource Holdings it comes up with the US SEC as a private company.

The address current comes up as Preston Cook Commercial Real Estate Brokers.  Whether there's a connection there or not I have no idea.

I have'nt found anything on Summa other than with CNX (notice of disputes etc) and something to do with a past dissolved company in the UK (Mirus Minerals) in 2008

According to the above notice any legal disputes are supposed to be dealt with in Australia which, if I'm reading it right, CNX say was in the agreement.  But I do note, to date (and past 4 years) no actual legal action has been filed with any Court anywhere.

I am no expert, legal or otherwise, nor have any knowledge of the actual agreement, but one might think that if any actual Court claim/action was going to be taken it may have been done so by now.   I'm not making it a concern at this time on the available information.  One should make up their own mind on whether or not to take it as a concern.  I always say one should never make financial decisions on forum discussions.  Forums are just places to get differing opinions.
