Yak52, I have just finished reading the article Fatman kindly posted. With currently a pathetic market cap of less than $35m, $100m would be chicken sheet for a major to offer for KRR, valuing our shares at roughly .10cents for a inground rescource value of billions with probably $1 per share being fair value. I am concerned, even though TB has 8%. As a takeover could be successful with possibly 90% of the other shareholders willing to take up an offer of almost 400% premium on the current, absurd 2.8 cent current share price.
